01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all persons who access or use the fb0001 platform, whether as registered account holders or as visitors browsing the website. Your continued use of fb0001 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside fb0001's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and fb0001. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration & Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number registered to a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, DITO, or other active carriers).

3.2 KYC Verification

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID).

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Chargebacks & Reversals

06 Gameplay Rules

10 Limitation of Liability

fb0001's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to fb0001 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb0001 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond fb0001's reasonable control. fb0001 will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by fb0001

fb0001 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or violation of AMLA obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Player found to be under 21 years of age.
• Multiple account registration.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, cheating, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Mandatory action required by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law.

12.2 Closure by Player

12.3 Effect of Termination

14 Amendments to These Terms
